We are a teaching and referral hospital that today provides a variety of exceptional clinical programs and services, including multi-organ transplantation, cardiology, oncology and physical rehabilitation services, maternity, neonatology and emergency/trauma care.

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist. This is a Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm. Must have Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from a recognized pharmacy school. Current California pharmacy license. Two years recent experience as a Hospital Pharmacist. Demonstrated leadership and team building skills are desired. IV hydration, pain management, infectious disease, chemotherapy, IV admixture and nutritional support experience is desired. Drug utilization review procedures, therapeutic drug monitoring, and knowledge of quality improvement. Knowledge in the preparation of monthly and quarterly pharmacy reports is required. Computer knowledge is required.

Will interpret physicians prescriptions and medication orders. Acts as a drug informatino resource to patients, medical stqaff, nursing staff and ancullary department personnel. Compounds and dispenses prescribed medicaions and other pharmaceuticals for patient care by preforming and related duties.
